Your Right to Data Deletion

Under applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This includes any data collected through our website, Facebook / Instagram ads, WhatsApp conversations, or any other interaction with PPC Control.

What We Delete

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number
• Any business information you shared with us (ad spend, account details, etc.)
• Conversation history from consultations or audits
• Any analytics or tracking data associated with your identity

What We May Retain

Some data may be retained where we are legally required to do so (e.g. financial records required for tax compliance). We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and explain why.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to the address below with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number associated with your data
• A brief description of how you interacted with PPC Control (e.g. via Facebook ad, website form, WhatsApp)

Facebook / Meta Data

If you interacted with our business through Facebook or Instagram, some data may be held by Meta directly. To request deletion of data held by Meta, please visit Meta’s data deletion page. We cannot control data deletion for data held solely by Meta.
